Communal and commercial cleaning prices:

The price for the communal areas clean in block or house depends on number of floors,
size of staircase and how often is the service required (weekly, forthnightly, monthly).
Price range for communal clean is usual between £50 - £70
and for commercial clean £50 - £300.
We don't charge per hour.

2Bed. flat : £150
2Bed. house: £180
3Bed. flat : £180
3Bed. house: £210
4Bed. house: £240
5Bed. house: £270

For each additional set of stairs it is £30 extra.
